Stormwater..

A little while ago we showed you this gorgeous example of water-sensitive urban design in Brunswick/Moreland (these rain gardens clean storm water).

Some councils are also investing in passive irrigation where street trees 🌳 are planted in a way where they can benefit from storm water run-off.

We’d love to see more money put into initiatives to ensure the health of our urban forests; so important for keeping us cool as we walk in summer! ☀️
