I believe that the most affordable and balanced urban skyline is the 4-5 stories; which majority of the people will accept climbing up on stairs..

A ello se une que de cara a la consecución de un mayor grado de sostenibilidad, este tipo de ciudades precisamente conducen al extremo contrario, ya que no favorecen el transporte público, además de la pésima distribución de los lugares de trabajo y los servicios básicos
