🇫🇷 WITH MUNICIPAL MANDATE: Vincem is a private company but where the majority shareholder is the Paris commune of Vincennes. The companies mission is to increase the amount of social housing, rehabilitate deteriorated plots and increase economic activity by creating offices and commercial premises. Vincem has successfully redeveloped many underused plots and is currently working on its largest project to date called “Villa Aubert”. But the main focus of this post will be on two of its already built projects both mixed use. Neither is spectacular but well done and combined with a general street renewal that includes new pavements and laying of cobblestone. One has regular apartments and the other social housing. But both enhancing the urban environment.
